RiyadLine can provide you with total convenience by giving you easy access to your account information in the time it takes to make a phone call. The accessibility of RiyadLine gives you control over your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How does RiyadLine work for you?

With just a telephone call, anytime day or night, you have direct and easy access to perform the following:

  Pay fees for more than 90 of government services
  Visa payments and reconciliation service.
  Inquire about mutual funds with the possibility of adding or redeeming units
  Subscribe for IPOs
  SADAD your bills for government service and public
  Check your account balance and find out your last 5 transactions.
  Obtain the latest Foreign Exchange Rates
  Order a cheque book or a bank statement
  Obtain information on our award-winning investment funds and other beneficial products

You will need your unique User ID and password which you can obtain by registering with RiyadOnline.

Alternatively, call our Customer Call Center at 800-124-2225, and you will be directed to choose a password that you can use only with RiyadLine account. The system will automatically assign a User ID for you.

Upon completing your registration, you will be provided with an application code. Using this code, simply activate your account through any Riyad Bank ATM machine, and you can use this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As long as you are a Riyad Bank client, this service is provided for you at no additional cost.

Where can I apply for RiyadLine?

All you need to do is to contact our toll free 800124225 and follow up instructions. Then, when you finished your registration you will be supplied with an application code and user ID. Use your application code. To activate the service through any Riyad Bank ATM or branch.

Terms and Conditions

The only major condition of this service is that you need to be a Riyad Bank client. Other terms and conditions will be displayed on screen to you during the course of your application.
